Dreams Infra is an independent private architectural planning, structural engineering, and construction consultancy headquartered in Agartala, Tripura. Dreams Infra is not a government authority, municipal corporation department, or statutory sanctioning agency.
While Dreams Infra prepares architectural CAD drawing sheets and structural calculations in strict compliance with prevailing building bylaws, official building permission, plan sanctions, and commencement certificates are granted solely at the statutory discretion of the competent municipal authority (such as Agartala Municipal Corporation – AMC, or regional Municipal Councils – MMC) following official scrutiny and physical site inspection.
Technical guidance provided in articles, FAQs, and guides represents general best engineering practice in Seismic Zone V and local soil conditions. Structural calculations and foundation designs must be customized to specific on-site geotechnical soil bearing capacity tests and plot boundary surveys.
All project estimates and rates discussed online or in preliminary meetings are indicative. Binding prices are established exclusively through an itemized, milestone-based Bill of Quantities (BOQ) agreed upon in a written contract prior to construction commencement.
